I'm a graphic designer with 9 years of experience across digital and print design, branding, motion graphics, and art direction. I also really enjoy project management, creative problem-solving, and clear collaborative communication—things that come naturally thanks to my entrepreneurial mindset! In a group setting I am known for bringing an optimistic perspective to both the team and any challenges that come our way.

Like a lot of designers my love for creativity started early—with pencils, paper, and sewing needles. I spent countless hours sketching and designing outfits for my Barbies (yes, I was that kid who made entire wardrobes by hand). When I won first place in an art contest at age 6, I figured, “Maybe I should do this when I grow up.” My mom always told me to choose happiness over money, and that advice has stuck with me ever since.
In High School I was sewing my own clothes and getting into AP Art as a freshman. After high school I chose the more affordable route and enrolled in junior college, which opened up a whole new world of art classes. A few months in I set my sights on becoming a Creative Director someday.
That goal pushed me to apply to California State University’s BFA Graphic Design program. Out of 200 applicants, only 18 were accepted—and I got in on my first try! It was one of the most affirming moments of my life. Surrounded by people who shared my passion, my confidence and personality really blossomed. I even landed the role of Creative Director at Dig Magazine, our campus publication. It was a tiny team but I loved every minute of it.
After graduation I dreamed of working in fashion or editorial design. Six months (and a lot of applications) later, I landed a job at Taylor Stitch, a sustainable menswear brand. I stayed for three years, sharpening my design skills and learning how to thrive in a team setting—something no class really prepares you for.
One day while browsing Everlane (another sustainable clothing brand I love), a coworker mentioned he knew someone who worked there. I struck up a conversation with him, mostly geeking out over design. Fast forward a few months, and he reached out—Everlane was hiring a contract designer. I was so excited, I kept checking in and staying in touch. Eventually, after many coffees and chats with the Creative Director, I got a full-time offer. Persistence pays off!
At Everlane, I’ve worked on incredible projects alongside a brilliant team. When our new Creative Director moved the team to LA, I followed—landing in Silverlake, where I found fresh inspiration and launched Cool Poo Bags, my side project. They’re compostable dog poo bags with fun designs—and they’ve grown into a thriving small business and I’ve met so many awesome people.
One weekend my dad took me on a motorcycle ride up to Idyllwild, CA. I instantly felt at home. The peace, the trees, the charm—it was everything I didn’t know I needed. Despite the long commute to LA twice a week I made the move! And, of course, I couldn’t sit still for long: soon after, I opened Cool Pet Boutique, a weekend pet store in town, just for fun (and to meet the locals, and their humans 😉 ).
So here I am—designing, building businesses, and chasing ideas that light me up. I’m excited for what’s next and I can’t wait to connect with you.
