• At Taylor Stitch I was the sole designer from 2016 to 2019, which meant I wore a lot of hats! I owned everything from email design and calendar planning to retail signage, paid ads, site upkeep, and product launches. I handled all Shopify product page creation—cropping and retouching PDP images, resourcing product descriptions, and designing the pages themselves. I launched every product from 2017 to 2019 and kept a close eye on inventory and launch schedules to inform both site updates and our email marketing calendar.

I also managed the full email process, from strategy to execution—designing emails, analyzing performance, and rebuilding them in Klaviyo for our 300,000+ subscriber list. I prioritized smart segmentation to avoid email fatigue and continually refined our approach based on performance data.

Outside of daily creative work, I helped plan customer events and enjoyed being involved in the party-planning side of things too. It was a fast-paced role that taught me how to balance creative, technical, and strategic thinking all at once.
